Where do your fabrics come from and are they Oeko Tex certified?

All our fabrics are OEKO-TEX certified. Our patterned cottons and minki fabrics come from France, and our double gauze fabrics come from England.

The OEKO-TEX certification is an international certification system for textile products, which verifies and guarantees that they do not contain harmful substances for human health and adhere to strict safety and environmental sustainability standards.

How long does it take to make and deliver my order?

For handmade orders the manufacturing time is 15 days and the delivery time is 24-48h in the Emirates.
For international orders: delivery takes 10 days.

For our accessories there is no manufacturing time and our delivery time is 24-48h in the Emirates.
For international orders: delivery is 10 days.

Our delivery is FREE in the Emirates and 30€ internationally.

What is the Montessori method?

The Montessori method is an educational approach developed by Maria Montessori, focused on autonomy and learning through experience. It emphasizes respecting each child's pace, fostering self-discipline and intrinsic motivation. Montessori environments are carefully prepared with specific educational materials that allow children to learn through manipulation and sensory exploration. Teachers act as guides, observing and supporting the child's discoveries rather than imposing direct instruction. This method also values freedom of choice and responsibility, helping children develop independence and self-confidence.

Is it possible to get a refund?

For handmade orders it is not possible to get a refund, as each order is personalized.
For accessories and gift boxes it is possible to get a refund only if the item has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during delivery.

Do you have a boutique in Dubai?

We don't have a phisical boutique, only a workshop in dubai marina, but we'd like to open a boutique in the near future.

For all new customers, an email is sent with a promotional code offering a 15% discount on their second order.
