At present, we only deliver to the United Arab Emirates. Various delivery/collection methods are available, as indicated below. Although we are firmly committed to delivering within the times indicated on our website or above, delivery times are only estimates. Time is not an essential factor. Delivery times begin to run when the order is confirmed. However, if we have not delivered your order within 30 days of order confirmation, we will refund you in full. We are not responsible if you are unavailable to take delivery of your order or request a postponement. Orders are delivered daily, except on UAE public holidays. It is your responsibility to ensure appropriate access for deliveries.
